These apartments are awesome locations but the Land Lords and the People working for the company are very rude and the apartments smell like weed and alcohol all the time. It has come to my understanding that the tendants get charged for silly little things and get charged so much after they move out. They have cameras to see who is doing what and they still blame everyone for the things that happend around there. They have cameras for a reason. I would not recommend living there. They are a rip off. The students the live there are friendly. However the rental manamgement group persons are not. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
