Brookside is close to a lot of amenities.Also a lot of the stories I here about apt. complexes etc. is the maintenance staff is how long it takes them to respond.At Brookside the maint. staff responds that day or the next.In an emer.it is that day.The office staff is always there to help or get a hold of the people how can.You write one check that covers everything , unless you want satellite or internet.That's pretty cool,one check and your rent,gas,elec,water,gas everything is payed for.It is as safe or safer than any other complex in the Carbondale area .
