Manager and head resident do nothing to keep the complex free from drug abusers, criminals and vagrants. If you complain, you are subject to ill treatment. This apartment complex is supposed to be safe for people with disabilities, but I found out differently when a family member moved in and was abused and robbed while the management turned their heads.
