If you are looking for an apartment complex that treats you with respect, dignity, and sincere appreciation-LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! The management team currently in place at The Fairways of Naperville is unprofessional, insincere, disrespectful, condescending, and rude to say the least. I have resided at several separate apartment complexes within the past 6 years and would rate this complex at the absolute worst. The team is not prompt at repairs, is not concerned with tenant safety, feels as though they have absolute policing powers over the grounds and can remove anyone and any vehicle from the premises. Recently, the team began enfocing a violation-sticker program in which they place bright orange stickers on the windshield of vehicles. These stickers fully obstruct the view of the driver, making it nearly impossible to see around the sticker until you can get to the carwash, which is the only option for those of us who do not have razorblades lying around. I shared my concern of the placement of these stickers with Patty, the complex manager, and asked if this was corporate policy. Her direct quote was, "I can put these stickers wherever I want." I have since been in contact with the Corporate office as I feel that nothing will be resolved if I attempt to go through the Patty. Surely, this rude behavior, poor customer service, unprofessional attitude, and carlessness of tenant safety lies only in the manager and not the Oakbrook Corporation. For those of us who signed on with Peggy-she is missed dearly. Never have I ever come across a manager so gracious and concerned with her tenants as her.
