I lived here for 14 years. From 1994 until 2010. I never had bugs...paid 970 a rent a month after 14 years....Maintenance was good and never had a problem getting repairs. I had a one bedroom. Loved the hot tub and gym there. Had a lake view apt. was nice there until I moved to Florida to buy a house. I rented from fall 2003 through fall 2010. ...

I have lived here almost a year, I pay nearly $1200 a month for this dump... Maintenance is the slowest I have ever seen, and their standards are terrible... All winter (over six months) the Mexicans (six or so of them stuffed in a two bedroom apartment) downstairs left all of their trash on their patio instead of taking it to the dumpster, I lost count of the amount of complaints I made and pictures I took. Maybe I could live with this in some run down inexpensive apartment, but like I mentioned, I pay nearly $1200 a month for this. Four months ago I filed a complaint that I found cockroaches in my apartment, they have made a half-assed attempt to resolve it to no avail. I am a 28 year old professional with an immaculate apartment, yet while entertaining tonight, a roach ran across my leather sofa, the embarrassment was unimaginable! The Orkin Man admitted that the source of the problem was on the first floor, my assumption is that it is my favorite trash hoarding neighbors! This has truly been an awful rental experience, this is the highest rent I have ever paid and the worst situation I have ever dealt with. If you are looking at this place, look across the street at Fordham Glen, or in a cardboard box, or anything, you will be better off! Not to mention the parking situation is terrible! Their once again half-assed attempt at a resolution was incorporating a parking permit system, but as any unfortunate resident would expect, the enforcement is once again, half-assed. Try coming home at 2:00am and there is not a parking place in sight, but you paid that mighty $1200 rent, yeah, like I said, keep looking! The rent is more than the apartment is worth, they nail you for water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas, so it comes out to being even MORE! DUMP THIS DUMP!!!! KF If you want evidence of the roach infestation, just search "Glenlake Club Apartments" on YouTube, I posted a video of one of my numerous encounters! I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
