Former Resident

Run as far away as you can. Nothing is done that follows landlord/tenant laws, laundry room smells like a dirty diaper plus if a machine breaks the tenants are responsible. Property manager does nothing, and is extremely confrontational and rude. Expect a raise in rent every year but zero benefits such as new paint or carpet cleaning each year, year after year the apartments and hallways deteriorate, rent increases and nothing is done to improve. Constant ceiling collapses and maintenance is a person with an unpredictable attitude. Run. As far away as you can it’s not worth it. There are one bedrooms for same price or less in the same area. ...
