Apartments need to be updated and a fresh coat of paint. The grounds are nice but not very functional. Parking is a nightmare! Workout room needs more equipment and free weights. The grounds should be monitored by the staff.

For the rent cost I expected a more up to date apartment. Kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated. Whole apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and minor repairs. Grounds are nice but parking is a huge issue! Need more equipment in the fitness center.

Expected a more updated look and appliances. Grounds are nice but too much traffic. Fitness center is too small and doesn't have many options. Parking is horrible and there is no place for visitors to park overnight.

For the cost expected a more modern/up dated facility. Apartment needs updates to kitchen and bathrooms. Fitness center needs more workout options/machines. Parking is difficult unless you have a compact vehicle.
