The best thing about this apartment building is the location. It's 2 blocks from Lake Michigan, there are 5 restaurants on the corner, Argo Tea and Intelligentsia on the corner too. Both Walgreens and CVS are only 1 block away. You can always catch express buses to the Loop or the trains are just 1/2 mile away. There are a lot of attractive people in the building, but everybody keeps to themselves, except for the occasional loud late-night session, the place is very anonymous.
