My experience with the Eco Park staff and maintenance crew has been great. The apartment we got had a few issues (smelly, dusty, bad washing machine) but Eco Park fixed all of the issues! The rest of the apartment is decent, it has new carpet and the other appliances work great. Unfortunately it's not in the best neighborhood, there has been two shootings within a half mile of our apartment. Quite often someone is playing loud music, doing burnouts in the parking lot or yelling at their kids/significant other. Overall though it's a good place at a cheap price compared to the other places I looked at, you just have to put up with some inconsiderate tenants and occasional shootings. ...
