Apartments are not worth the money. The kitchen is gross, and not in good condition. There is only one outlet in the kitchen, and cannot work two appliciances at the same time. Stove is old and worn out. Sink leaks, and shelves are falling apart. Although sold as a three bedroom, there is only one real bedroom, the other two are poorly remodeled dining room and sunroom. The bathroom is also in poor condition, the toilet overfloods every couple of weeks, sinks basin is falling apart, and tub is disrepair. The walls have begun to mold. This apartment is in horrible condition. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
