I love Smith Apartments! It's a family run business- they're all really nice and helpful. If there's something wrong in your apartment, they will come ASAP. They gave us a new fridge, dishwasher, and blinds. I couldn't have asked for a better landlord. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
