I would say it's pretty good. I didn't have to worry about getting mugged, like other Chicago neighborhoods. The neighbors were friendly, and I had a good time with management. Management was very lenient on rent payments, and I was happy they accommodated students for their leases. They know how to treat you like an adult, even if you have less adulting experience. I definitely would recommend this to anybody who needs an affordable place to live within the Chicagoland area. ...
