Very close to campus. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Emails arenβt always answered, but the phone is. Apartments are nicely renovated. Mailboxes are somewhat sketchy though. Overall I donβt mind the apartments.

Great location.
That's where the pro's stop. Problems were numberous here, but my issues was with the failure to fix them. The internet has been so frustrating here that the claim "free internet" has takent he meaning of "You get what you pay for". It
is constantly fading out and failing to connect. I am fortunate I never took an internet based course or else I would have flunked out. Problems with weed smoking and people stealing my clothing while doing laundry were also numerous.
The apartment was spacious enough, but the parking lot was not. If only tennants parked here, this wouldn't be an issue, but problems arose when non-residents felt it was there right to park here. Even after several calls to management about cars without passes filling the lot, nothing was done.
Overall I was sad. I am sad that I wasted a year here, rather than somewhere that I would have been happy and felt my money was well spent. Sign the lease at your own risk. Good luck!
I rented from fall '08 through fall '09.

This place has been nothing but disappointing. There is a good chance that your car will get rearended in the tiny parking lot. The security doors are always propped open. The applicanes are ancient and the carpet is cheap and dirty. At first the
price seems reasonably priced, but it's not at all. The insulation is terrible, the walls are thin, and the halls smell like weed every night. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.
I rented from summer '08 through summer '09.
