I have lived at Lake Castleton for 3 1/2 Years. I have given them chance after chance to redeem themselves. If this is what you are looking for then move there. Cops always around doesn't make you feel safe, ants in your apartments even in the winter! The Laundry room looks like a picture out of a horror film. Scary! Break ins, and raps during the summer.
