They have a tendency to maintain the front of their property, but they are lax about maintaining the portion of their property that is adjacent to property of homeowners in the rear of their property. This has a serious negative effect on the value of our properties. This directly involves maybe 20 homes and has a dominoe effect when other properties in the area are evaluated. ...
