Great community, close to a bus stop that takes you straight to Purdue, close to Target, very convenient. The complex is relatively new, has great up-keep, and is very safe. The one downside comes with move-out; they are extremely picky about the condition of the apartment, so don't be surprised if you move out and get charged a $100 cleaning fee despite cleaning the apartment thoroughly before leaving. I rented from fall '09 through spring 11. ...
