everything was good (the maintainace people are very responsible, and working great, very reasonable price) except - one (a young woman) of the office workers looks very not professional. (I guess she migth be still learning to how to KINDLY deal with residents) - when the train passes by, it's wow waking-up noisy. - can hear your neighbor sometimes - very old wooden window, so not efficienct for energy saving in winter ...

Excellent apartments. Maintenance will show up the day you report a problem, and the maintenance guys are really cool. Very quiet place, away from all the noisy apartment complexes. Kitchen space is a bit limited, but sticky command hooks + walls will solve that. Lots of closet room. Pets are allowed, we have 2 cats. It's little farther away than the other run down apartments, but the Campus Shuttle bus stops right out front. Laundry, gym, dumpsters, a nice pool, and soon outdoor community grills. Definitely one of the nicer apartment complexes for students. I rented from summer '08 through fall '08. ...
