About The Tyler

Wanting to sublease my bedroom and bathroom. The lease can be taken over ASAP. The month of February will be paid for so payments would not start until March and would end in July. These apartments are perfect for college students. There is a very friendly environment and the people here are awesome. I love that they have a pool, gym, our own bathrooms and laundry room. Everything here is amazing

The Tyler was a great first apartment after living in a dorm. It was still within walking distance to the university I attended, but was still considered off-campus. A lot of students lived at The Tyler apartments so it still felt like a dorm, which I liked. It was a good transition into living on my own as an adult. ...

The Tyler is a college apartment, so the noise can be a bit much to handle sometimes, especially when people decide to party on weekday nights. The grounds are okay, nothing special but not trashy. The management just went through a complete shift recently and the new staff is fantastic, they'll make sure that you're settled in and that you have everything you need. The maintenance can be a bit slow at times due to them having a really small maintenance team, but they do a good job. As for safety and the neighborhood, eh, its not a really good neighborhood. I've taken the shuttles just fine in the early morning and late evenings, and I personally have never encountered anything that threatened my safety, however my roommates have had parts of their car stolen even though they were parked in the parking lot. Just be conscious of your surroundings, and be prepared for potential car trouble. ...
