The office staff over all is alright but the apartment manager is horrible. She is very unprofessional. She doesn't care about her residents at all. She comes across like she thinks she is this amazing person and the way she handles things and threatens people is ridiculous. She acts like you are such an inconvenienced to her yet it's her job. She really needs to be fired. Whomever is head of that needs to look into this. She wonders why the apartment complex is vacant. There are a ton of other review sites that say a lot more of what I would like to say so check out as many reviews as you can. The maintenance is alright, the apartments look like they are so old, with yellow cabinets and appliances, super small fridge/freezer, geese poop everywhere!!! There is hardly a time where I can park in front of my apartment. There is a security officer who lives in the complex but never once have I seen him, he gets free rent and has someone else go around tagging cars that are not working or have expired plates, which is apart of his job. The complex is very poorly lighted and makes me uncomfortable. This isn't the worst place there is if you can handle a horrible apartment manager, old apartments and appliances, and deal w/ the uneasy feeling of an unsafe environment.
