I am honestly surprised that this place has not gotten any upgrades, because the area is somewhat always dirty, the park is losing pieces, the ditches are dying, the rate of moving here is on a decline, and the office workers are not nice at all.

I moved in here site unseen due to health issues. I was told that my carpet had been cleaned and it had not. There are stains in the carpet that will not come up even though I've had it clean twice. A response that are threadbare and needs to be stretched. No one did a walk through with me after the first year I found out the door on my patio was supposed to be my storage. No one ever told me. You can't walk with white socks on through the carpet because they turn black on the bottom. When I told the office person that my carpet hadn't been cleaned she said yes it had been. And then she said no I really don't know because I wasn't here then. There's linoleum that looks like would in the entrance way kitchen and bathroom. I've got huge dark brown spots that are coming up through linoleum in the bathroom. The office person told me they were aware of that because the linoleum hadn't been laid right. I told them I wanted mine fixed. She said they are slowly doing them. I pay my rent every month and I expect my bathroom to look decent. When it's extremely hot out I put out bowls of cold water for the animals. The maintenance man told me they looked like garbage so he threw them away without even speaking to me. I had a conversation with him I said I'm not feeding the animals I am giving water to the animals. He said if they can't get water by themselves oh well let them die. He also said they're trying to get rid of all wild animals off of the property. He said they are full of diseases. I don't know how he's gonna get rid of them but I know he traps possums and take some some place. We also have raccoons, rabbits, gound hogs, birds, chipmunks squirrels. And deer because there is a huge wooded area by us. There is also a cat colony here where there is a woman that has a big outdoor housing for the cats and feeds them every day. I put bowls of cold water out when it is very hot. Without even telling me the maintenance man threw my bowls in the trash because he said they looked like garbage. I told him all I'm trying to do is make sure all the animals have cold water to drink. He said that they are trying to get rid of all the wild animals anyway and if they can't find water on their own than oh well they will die. The apartment complex is supposed to be smoke-free. Somebody in my building smokes and throws all her cigarette butts on the lawn outside my apartment. Also you're not supposed to have grills but the people here have a grill. Management wants to talk to me about giving cold water to the animals but won't talk to the woman that throws her cigarettes all over the place and won't talk to the people to remove their grill. They pick and choose what they're going say to certain people Certain but ignore others. When you go into the office to talk to the person she talks over you and doesn't listen to what you're saying. I wish I could have seen the apartment before I moved in but I came here right from a nursing home and had no other option. There is nothing for older children to do. They need to put in a basketball court for them, especially because any kid that is outside of their apartment has to be adult supervised. There are birds building nests in the gutters and they're doing nothing about it. They are very bad about trimming the hedges around thei apartments. I believe things he tells the residents he makes up himself and doesn't talk to the office about it. I am very dissatisfied with this place. I am disabled and if I had the means I would move out of here. Also there are many disabled cars that just stay in the parking lot and they don't do anything to have the people moved them. One by me has been here for a year and a half taking up a parking spot. I am afraid of retaliation. ...
