The new manager is sock and many of my Neighbor are getting out i am one of them. no respect and they raise the rent. the Club house become paid with high deposite. i have been with the old manager with the old maintance. they were perfect. i have been paying all that time high Nipsco bills but with a good managers, however the past three months the new managers is gross and mean leading all most of the residence to go out.
