The management at Riverpark Plaza has forgotten what it means by the phrase "Customer Service". I have trouble with leaks in my bathroom from the upstairs unit 4-5 times in the past one and a half months. They have not done much to fix the problem. It
has continued to leak even though they said it was fixed. They also are not willing to compensate for the damages occurred to me by the water damages. The first time it happened the manager told me it was because of the heavy rains and that when the wind blows the rain at an angle the water can come in. What????? I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with the manager but he does "not talk to renters". This is one guy that unfortunately is going to hurt the complex then improve it.
I rented from summer '06 through summer '07.
