The exteriors of these apartments is very beautiful and well kept overall. The interior is also is also great, but at the time of move in I did see that some of my neighbors still had a mess in their apartment from the last tenants. I was lucky to have no problems upon move in with my apartment looking brand new. They allow pets with a fee. What I loved most about their apartments is that all utilities was included in the rent which was a major key to what I wanted when looking for an apartment. I would say the downside to this was that if you’re not content with their internet that they provide, you are not allowed to pay for your own. This was unfortunate as their internet would malfunction very often, and we could not do anything about it . Although, this was usually more of a problem during the winter months only. Also, if you had a roommate you are able to sign separate leases. This was drastic to me as my roommate eventually got evicted, unfortunately, but I was not involved at all in the process as we had signed separate leases. Their maintenance does a good job of taking care of you when you need it. Overall, despite the small inconveniences, I enjoyed my time loving at The Stretch and would live there again even if I was not a student. ...

I like how spacious the rooms are, especially rooms A,B, and C. but so far I hate how maintenance does not get there for important requests. it literally takes them two to three weeks to respond to what you needed fixed. Internet is wack! Infact just get your own wifi router. The apartment price is cheap though compared to other apartments around. ...
