Super awesome community, tons of fun, and easy to meet new people! Great for freshman year and making new friends. Downside is the actual apartment itself is cramped. Six people to one bathroom is pretty tight and isnt ideal for long term. Also its kind of pricey for such tight quarters. Basically you sacrifice room for fun, and you pay for the experience and community. Overall a good choice for a year of fun! ...

Every single appliance broke in my first semester, but the maintenance quickly fixed most of them and the social aspect is fun. Kind of a shoddy place but the experience is good. I'm going to stay next semester.

It's been seriously awesome! Everyone is very kind and social. There's a hot tub and lots of activites to do like there's a sand volleyball court and a lot of fire pits scattered around the complex. There's also a huge field to play soccer or spike ball on. ...

It's a solid place to live. It has its problems just like any other apartment, but the office staff are helpful and will work with you to solve any problems you have. It's also super social if that's what you're looking for.

The Staff at King Henry has always been very helpful whenever there are problems or questions in and about the apartment. The complex offers many different outdoor entertainments, and the residents are very social, (probably not the best with covid happening).
