This complex has burned me over and over again. They don't know how to keep track of anything and when I show them actual receipts they don't accept them. Because of this, they keep billing me for the same utility bill I've already paid! They gave me torn up furniture when I moved in (which I documented, sent to them on my move in day, and they still won't accept that the damage was not my fault) and now they're billing me. Only me. My roommates moved out before me, got their full deposit back, and they aren't being charged for damaged furniture, I'm the only one who got stuck with the massive bill. To top it all off, it's impossible to get through to anyone in the billing department. I've called repeatedly trying to get someone who can take care of all of this and I never get anywhere. They'll tell me that they have to contact someone about it and call me back just to get me off the phone. They don't return calls, I always have to call back and they take me through the same routine each time. This place has been a nightmare from the start and they'll do everything they can to get as much money out of you as possible. ...

This apartment is the absolute worst. They over charge for the tiniest rooms. I just recently moved out and was charged for furniture that was damaged before I even moved in. I notified the office of the damages when I moved in but they never reported it on my account and are now trying to charge me. They have dropped the charges for my roommate, but not me. They do not clean if you sublet. I subletted from someone and when I moved in it was dirty and there was still stuff in there. My original roommates also subletted and when they moved out absolutely none came and cleaned or checked their rooms. The subletters we're not allowed to move in on the first because of a "cleaning" that never happened. They also charged us a cleaning fee when the apartment was basically spotless when we moved out. I would give a negative review if I could. They are terrible and I would recommend living anywhere else in Lafayette or even in another city because they are not worth the time. Management is rude and unwilling to help you if you need something from them. Very noisy apartment complex and things are always breaking. There is only one maintenance man. I always feel unsafe and worried about break ins.

I enjoyed my experience at the Edge and it was actually my favorite apartment I have stayed in during college. I appreciate the affordable all-inclusive deals and amenities. The giveaways and the shuttle were definitely a plus.

I've been living at the Edge since 2018 and I am still a current resident. I really enjoy living here because of all the amenities and the apartments being fully furnished. The Edge also provides a bus to school which helps because I don't have to pay for parking. ...

Although I just moved in last month, there were some immediate issues. Since COVID is a thing, we were told the the apartments had been cleaned before we got here. That was not the case, it was dirty and things were left from the previous renters. Also there were multiple maintanence issues present from before that had not been fixed, and I am still waiting for them to be fixed. Other than that, the staff is nice and the grounds are clean. The amenities included are nice. I think my favorite part is the shuttle to campus since I don't have a car. ...
