I am leaving in March 09, but it didn't have "09" as an option. Overall quality is excellent. We (my boyfriend and I) moved in in July 07. We have a 1 bdrm 1 ba. Square footage was relatively impressive (700+ SF)- large bedroom, bath, and lots of cabinet space in kitchen and bath. The generous closet space was one of the main features that sold me (I have a lot of boxes)! Also, the bottom floors are newly renovated and we had a nice back patio area. Lots of plants, chairs, tables, etc. out on porches as this is a permanent home for many residents. No one ever messed with anyone's stuff that I am aware of. I did notice a lot of flat tires throughout my time here and at least 3 broken driver-side windows, but I can't say there was criminal activity involved. Most residents friendly but I have noticed in the last 6 mos. the quality of resident has decreased. I still feel safe here. Staff is very nice- greeted us by name. The only management-related issue that bothered me was when the AC leaked twice- the 2nd time drenching the carpet and wetting the bottom sheetrock around it- and after fixing the leak a week later (it was a roof issue), they "cleaned" our carpets. I didn't need them cleaned, I needed them dried! After I discovered mold growing in the carpet, they replaced it with linoleum. There's probably mold growing inside the walls now. Parking was difficult when complex was full, esp. late evenings. No noise problems- very quiet inside and outside apt. I would reccomend! I rented from summer '07 through spring '08. ...
