POV has gone way down since the new property manager has been here. New property manager does nothing about the people smoking weed in these buildings. The smell gets in all the apartments in the buildings. Complaints have been made, nothing is done. I would NOT recommend anyone live there until he does his job and evicts these people. ...

C12: I enjoyed living at POV for 3 1/2 years. I never had a problem and it was not addressed. As I prepared to transition from living at POV for 3 1/2 years the current property made sure I had a smooth transition. The property manager was very effective with my transition. When something was wrong he made sure it was taken care of and went behind his job expectations to assist the residents. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend others to be residents of POV. ...
