Overall my experience staying at city heights steeplechase was great. The apartment was spacious and the area was mostly quiet. No one ever really bothered my roommate and me. The staff wasn’t always quick to respond and the same goes for maintenance, but it wouldn’t be too long before they got back to you. They have little community events during holidays and such which is nice. The laundry area is pretty well kept and the mailboxes are new compared to other apartments. I would definitely recommend these apartments to college students! Ask about a student discount! ...
