Noisy as hell. If you like monkeys climbing all over your car this is the place for you. Little to no area for children to play so they run around like wild animals screaming and yelling constantly. Maint is all but non existent. Cabinets are falling apart, doors and windows leak. Pest control is the worst I have ever seen. You can keep your apt sterile and pests like earwigs and mites are infested everywhere. Mgmt. will let anyone with the money move in here, from college kids that party every night to a single "baby momma" with 6 kids. ...
