If I could give a negative 10 on this place I would! The apartments are over priced for what you have to live in. there are shootings and plenty of domestic violence going on in the other apartments around. Now, lets talk about the management. They have no concept of customer service, nor do they like to explain why they say one thing and then turn around and bill you for the same thing they stated that you didn't owe. And when you try and talk to anyone - NO ONE will return calls or emails. I have started a claim on the BBB with this company. Again. RENTERS BEWARE of this place! ...

Place is terrible. I really wish I would have read the reviews first before moving in here. Place is infested with fleas. Only solution was to move out. Just went and got the rest of my furniture and surprise I now have fleas in my house. It took them 5 days to spray when you asked into the apartment you could see them all over your feet. Had a crack in my blinds...they went into my apartment after I stated I didn't want anyone to enter without my permission. They entered anyways changed my blinds and said I owed them 75 dollars. From the crime to the constant drug dealing that goes on....which when you tell them they tell you call the police that they won't do anything about it...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! ...

I lived here while going to BRCC. When I first moved in there where all kinds of bugs and roaches and even some lizards.. I had to place several calls to the office and finally the situation got taken care of. Then something happened where my washer and/or kitchen sink was flooding the apartment under me and it started to cave their ceiling in and you could even visibly see my floor starting to slant. Long story short, I broke my lease and moved out early because it was just too much of an hassle! I rented from spring '08 through spring '08. ...

The floor plans are pretty nice and roomy with lots of windows, but maintenance is very slow to respond to any complaints, regardless of how serious the complaint is. There are still problems with my unit that have not been fixed since I have moved in. This makes me feel that the price of the apartments is too high relative to the quality of the units. It takes about 20-45 minutes to get to LSU campus, depending on traffic. It is especially bad if coming home around 5 or 6pm. Driving in the mornings is not as bad, but you would still want to give yourself 30 minutes to get to campus. There are a lot of families who live here, so it is not a place to live if you want to be around other college students. I have never had a problem with parking. Overall I am happy living here, but the amount I pay in rent is too high and I will probably move elsewhere when my lease is up. I rented from winter '06 through summer '07. ...
