Current Resident

Like all apartments in Boston it is severely overpriced. The front door is left open 80% of the time and it took them 2 months when we moved in to fix the lock on our door, so it was never really locked. It also took them 2 months to come and fix our doors, which the locks were screwed up on so I locked myself into my room because the door nob came off and they left me in my room for four hours. It took them two months to fix our burners because none of them worked. All these which were broken before we moved in. It is also always getting infested with cockroaches and mice. No matter how many traps you put out yourself and how clean you keep it, they are always everywhere. When you ask it to be fixed they send maintenance and might put out a trap or two but will refuse to call an exterminator which is what really needs to be done. I will say for the area, the apartments are okay priced and a little bit larger than normal so there is that. Also don't expect the both washing machines to work, and absolutely don't expect to have both dryers working if any. ...
