This is the worst place I have ever lived. We've lived in apartment buildings before, but nothing can express how horrible this place is. They told us the walls were sound proof (FALSE)!!!!! We pay $100. a month for parking, and always find that the Starbucks employees are parked in our spot when we get home. They told us the rediculously stained carpet would be replaced before we moved in (IT WASN'T) then they tried to charge us when we asked for it to get cleaned. They are not available for packages half the time. They enter your apartment whithout notice, and tell you how sorry they are when you confront them about it! We waited three months before getting our mailbox keys, and didn't receive them until we basically flipped out. The aparment was a mess when we moved in....they told us it would be cleaned (FALSE! They also told us we could hang whatever blinds on our windows when we looked at the apartment, which when we did, they made us change them and hang basic white blinds, which would have been fine if they'd told us in the first place. They are not worth what they charge for rent. The office team needs to learn how to screan prospective tenants as well! Our neighbors have parties every weekend, (loud all weekend benders) and nothing is ever done about it! I rented from spring '07 through winter '08. ...
