Former Resident

I would not recommend living here. We signed an 8 month lease and by the end of month 5, they sent us a new lease offer raising rent by 11%. They fail to answer our emails or calls about lease options. The apartment was small and we had an infestation of fruit flies to deal with when we moved in. It's a nice neighborhood and location where its not too noisy. I would avoid simply because utilities like heat and electric are not included in rent which makes living here overpriced. ...
