This apartment, although inexpensive for what it is, is truly a hassle. The reality company, which is suppose to take responsibility for the upkeep, completely neglects responsibility. For example, the porch door does not fit the frame and lets an enormous amount of cold air in during the winter, and we asked the owner to fix it repeatedly, like 10 or 11 times, to fix the issue and it never happened. This apartment is a scam altogether. Please don't rent. I rented from summer '08 through summer '09. ...
