From my experience, this is the worth possible apartment complex to live in! The management is very unprofessional and specially the head of the office Kathie Johnston. She is a very angry person, treating all tenants and employees as shitty people. The building is occupied by elderly tenants who are afraid to come to the office because of Kathie Johnston. If you try to complain to Franchi Management Co.(her head office in Natick), they just sent everything back to her. This video clearly shows her when I was asking for a replacement key because it was lost for more than 7 days. She was supposed to replace it in 24 hours. Because of her, I couldn't use my garage parking for almost a week! P.S.
