Beware! Place is very poorly maintained, the on-site super smokes in his apartment so the whole place reeks of cigarettes, and the back stairwell is so badly sealed and maintained (we had drifts of snow in the stairwell all winter) that all the basement pipes froze this past winter -- leaving us to go wade through hip deep snow to do laundry! The super didn't care, after more than a month it started working again -- doesn't look like he fixed anything, just let the warm weather thaw out the pipes! And we could never get anyone to fix any of the broken stuff in the apartment after we'd asked. Terrible! Whenever a place doesn't charge any security deposit THERE'S A REASON. ...
