If your payments are a little late Fineberg understands what its like to be a broke Berklee student. These units aren't prepared well when you move in (layers of paint over the years peeling off on most walls. Always was plenty of heat provided. Two of my windows dont work. My toilet has been broken for a while but too lazy to call landlord. Aside from that: Of all the studios I checked out, this one was considerably bigger and cheaper. Walk in Closet is nice. Neighbors haven't complained. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
