I like living there! The rent is cheap and very affordable for college housing. However it is a bit far from campus / Amherst center, a little further than is ideal. Overall, it's definitely worth it for the price I am paying though!

Horrible terrible and is not secure constant street fight in the parking lots with more than 10 people at many times. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.
