The office is sometimes slow at responding, but other than that I really like the Academy. Maintenance is super quick at fixing everything and the roof is a great place to study. They also have a study room and a small workout facility.

The Academy is a pretty nice place to live, but my main concern is that it's overpriced. You could pay for a similar sized, similar quality unfurnished apartment or house near campus for far less. And with the money saved you could buy plenty of furniture, so in the end you lose way less money. Plus then you can sell or keep your furniture at the end. Look at your other options!! ...
