I like the apartment's floor plan and the community's location. My only problem is that i got a bad neighbour who plays loud music all the time (late night, early morning, all day on weekends) and management is not taking it seriously after several phone calls. I cannot get some piece in my flat at all, and the noise is always there specially when i need tranquility (trying to relax after work, sleeping or studying). I recieved some advices lately from Montgomery county police about the housing authorities procedures, and i did some online research myself. First thing is to follow some steps in order to gather proves that i talked to the property management about the situation, i am hoping they will move then and do something about it, because this neighbour is like the "only bad apple in the whole basket" . Bottom line is the place is nice, but managememnt does not seem to care much about your issues. If you decide to move in here, pray for a nice and considerate neighbour or you are in trouble for a full year.
