It was a wonderful first apartment experience. Staff were always kind and informative. I felt safe in this community and the location was a steal for the price. Apartment size was spacious and debility offered covered garage parking and laundry services.

Great place to live if you don't like sleeping. The walls are thick and you NEVER hear your neighbors...but maintenance likes to do obnoxiously loud work all day, sometimes for 8 or 9 hours at a time. They spent an entire month waking me up at 8:30am every day because the parking garage needed repairs. Of course the sounds of four hours of jackhammering every morning went right up the elevator into my apartment! Not that anyone that works here cares. Stuck in the elevator for hours at 2am because we were too incompetent to open the doors? Too bad! The emergency elevator guy lives over an hour away, so if you get stuck don't expect to get out...unless they call the property manager...who lives five minutes away. But they won't do that for you. Horrible place to live. Overpriced by about three hundred dollars. Expect to be harassed by the ancient crones they have at the front desk 24/7 because they won't remember that you live there no matter how often you come and go. Elevators are constantly broken. It's a mess. Don't give them one cent. I rented from winter '04 through spring '07. ...
