I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the 817 St. Paul Street building in Baltimore, Maryland. Arguably, it's the worst place I have ever lived. My packages have been lost on numerous occasions, and the process of seeking assistance is frustratingly long and complicated. The most disappointing aspect is the management's apparent lack of responsibility for these issues. Living here has been a continuous struggle due to these persistent problems. For reasons unknown to me, I've had to change my credit card three times. Please think very carefully before deciding to move here; it is a very stressful environment. The place is uncomfortably cold due to an old, noisy air conditioner. It was a big mistake to live here. Many packages have been lost or disappeared, and no one wants to live in such a bad situation. I desire a clean, peaceful place where I feel safe and don't risk losing my belongings. Furthermore, the elevator was broken for more than a week, and there was no hot water for a week, making it a literal nightmare. ...
