She is a rude, disgusting manager who lies about being busy because she is messing up the resident's accounts to steal money from them. This is a crooked apartment complex. If you value your sanity, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! She quickly posts on your door with incorrect balances as a bullying scare tactic for payments and when she's confronted about it she becomes disrespectful. The toilet had bugs caked on the toilet seat cover and bowl. The tub looks like they found it outside and put it in the bathroom and the internet SUCKS!!!! Worm-like bugs are constantly in the apartment. The dishwasher door doesn't open because it hits the refrigerator. There's no garbage disposal. You are not allowed to park on the lot unless you change your license and insurance, They want to treat you like you're in a concentration camp. They don't want your guest staying longer than 2 weeks, you aren't allowed to cookout anywhere on the grounds, and Monica has subpar customer service skills, with little or no managerial structure whatsoever. ...
