These condos were poorly built. No insulation leave winters COLD. Some registers don't output any heat (in fact some are cool air). Freezing slate tile from air coming in the base boards leave you wearing shoes in your home. Holes in the attic allow cold air to come in the duct work right into the condo. Some condos don't have insulation in the attic. I have reported to the BBB and am in the process of getting inspectors and lawyers involved. I rented from winter '08 through fall '08. ...
