The walls are very thin, but most people are quiet in the building I live in. Mostly ill hear Music or loud tvs but not too bad. I live in the middle. So I have someone below me and under me. I try not to make much noise on the floor for the people above me, I can't say the people above me are as kind as I am but it still could be much worse. When I was first researching these apartments I saw others complained about the noise but I believe its manageable. I also saw others complaining of bugs and rats, and I have NEVER had that problem. Im so glad I didn't let that comment shy me away. The only other things I can say is they are small but they do look nice. Appliances need updates though! Like the washer and dryer. It works okay, but for the price of rent you'd think everything would be spectacular and extra nice. Parking can suck too but its still. not. that. bad. lol. My biggest complaint is the rent. I don't feel 1500 is a good price for rent. But we make do. All in all it hasn't been the worst here. I will stay if we dont find anything better but we also dont feel like we have to rush to leave. ...
