The location of college park towers is the best you can get. The prices are also much more affordable than the majority of off campus housing options that are in the downtown college park area so it is a good option.

College Park Towers is a great apartment, but I would say that the noise level and maintenance should be better upkept. The staff is friendly, but I would like them to be more personal. Other than that I enjoyed my stay when I was there.

I am currently in my 3rd year at Hartwick Apartments and love it. It is also a great location and across the parking lot from the "On Campus" Terrapin Row Apartments". You have the feeling of being a young adult renting an apartment ,yet, I am located right across the parking lot from the on campus dorms which allows us to continue our study groups and sports, prior to the current pandemic of course. ...

Location only. Poorly built, non-responsive building managers and owners, full of roaches, noisy, poor parking and unsafe. Random people in and out of the building all day long. Stay clear of these apartments. I rented from summer '06 through spring '07.
