Rabia is horrendous she's rude and talked to me like I was a child. She has 0 experience running an apartment. Terrible customer service. And she disappeared when maintenance quit. The place is falling apart and she doesn't care. I moved because of her. She's no good. She needs to be fired!!!! ...

The new manager is rude. Never in the office. Sits in her car on her phone for hours even though she lives next to the office and can see residents waiting to speak with her. She never answers the phone or returns calls. I had a work order that did not get put in for days after I called and called and finally got through. I like the old manager Adam. He was nice and professional. He would have bbq for the residents and community events. I am going to move when my lease is up. I would never recommend Randolph Court as long as she in manager. Everyone else is nice maintenance is fantastic but manager sucks! ...
