The management at Varsity is subpar. The building is always falling apart (broken keys, plumbing issues, etc), but they do not fix the problems promptly. Within the apartment, things are dirty and falling apart. Maintenance takes months to show up. The apartment is old, but little to no renovations. Laundry is expensive and faulty. Inconvenient location. ...
