Worst apartment I've ever lived in. No parking for guests, not actually pet friendly(tried to take me to court for charges exceeding 7000 for one cat fee) and terrible management. The United Apartments workers hung up on me and refused to resolve our 'problems'. They don't care about college students, they just care about the money. The office manager was okay with me dropping out of school because of my one cat violation fee. I don't recommend anyone live and if you already signed you lease, get out of it!! I rented from spring 11 through fall 11. ...

If you like partying this is the place for you there is constantly something going on, if that isnt for you then i would pass on deerfield. Park is generally fine except for there is a football game or similar event. Maintenance has been very helpful and timely as well. ...

The complex is loud and parties all the time. If thats what your into go for it but if not you'll never get any rest. United apts. has a decent maintnence service but United as landlords suck. They are all about the money and don't care about you. I rented from winter '08 through fall '08. ...

I live in the new "V" apartments and my roommates LOVE them. Good location, good price, with the bonus washer/dryer and dish washer :)
