You get what you pay for. Nothing much more than normal wear and tear. Maintenance helps next day but they charge for some of the dumbest things. They act like the apartment is like new and its obviously not. The price is not bad compared to other apartments this size. It's pretty far from campus but the shuttle does come through. There is plenty of parking for the complex. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

Rude management, treat you like little kids. There are better places that treat you with respect. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.
